The above prices not include accommodation tax and VAT. All potential changes in tax rates will be reflected. The registration and accommodation packages above include access to scientific program and 3 nights of accommodation check-in on 7 November 2024 and check-out on 10 November 2024 on all inclusive basis. No adjustments can be made in c-in / out dates. Extra days will be budgeted. Accompany registration fees are per person in a double room and not include accommodation tax and VAT. 20% VAT will be charged.
Participants selecting per person in double room are required to state the name of the congress participant they'll share the room with. Valor Congress Organizations does not make any name any match-up.
Cancellation Policy
In case of a cancellation request to Valor Congress Organizations; 50% of the fee will be refunded by September 2, 2024. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable. Reimbursements to be made by reason of cancellation will be made after the end of the congress.
